My name is Elena Kyrana and I am a native Greek freelance translator. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Frederick Institute of Technology and my Master degree in Applied Translation Studies and completed an internship to gain the field experience needed to begin my career. I have been a freelance translator for 5 years, with experience in translation for more than 10 years. I also I have worked n computer science field for more than 12 years. Thanks to my academic and professional experience, I have extensive knowledge in Computing ,Medical and Cultural Subjects. I am highly motivated and always looking in broadening my knowledge and sharpening my skills as a translator. I am competent in the use of software and I always try to extend my knowledge on new CAT tools. My technical skills include extensive knowledge of programming and coding languages theory and I have experience using Unix, C++ and PowerBuilder and many more.I am proud to say that I love my work and I consider myself to be highly professional.
