Known in social media as the "girl from arizona," Angela made her way to the Southwest from Oregon and proudly attributes her writing and communication skills to her journalism education at the University of Oregon. She moved to Tempe, Ariz., in search of sun and an MBA. Since then, she’s run her own PR and marketing firm, penned a travel and rock climbing blog, and helped promote Arizona’s emerging beer and coffee scene. Angela will try out most new social media platforms, but still counts Instagram as her favorite for connecting with a city’s active subcultures.
