I am the epitome of a small town girl with big dreams. Yes, I am the consummate Libra, both reason and contradiction mingled together. Creativity runs in my genes as I am the daughter of a creative soul (mom) and the mother of a creative spirit (oldest son). I am a lover of oil paints and images as much as I loves words. Born with the gift for gab, I love to share what I have learned to encourage and motivate others to reach their highest potential, to find their purpose in life, and to heal from significant loss along the way. I raised sons and would not of had it any other way. These days, I play referee between two young dogs and one old cat. I will always love Oregon (Go Ducks) and travel back as much as I can but you can't beat the winters in sunny Arizona. Beside writing, speaking and artistic endeavors, I also run a nonprofit called Tucker Arnold Foundation in memory of my youngest son, Tucker, who passed away at 11 years old from a rare form of pediatric leukemia.
