An English major in a digital world. I've survived 8 startups, 2 acquisitions, 1 IPO and 5 failed ventures, and nothing gets me more excited than starting something new. After being the CEO's lackey in the IPO of ADAM Software, I helped the founder of TSI sell his $6M/year startup to FirstData/Western Union, and realized that I needed to start my own thing. 13 years later, I sold CWNP to a private equity group in NC. During those 13 years, I started 3 other businesses, all of which died in the 2009 meltdown. After selling CWNP, I immediately - too soon - launched another startup, pivoted from B2C to B2B, and then crashed and burned. After that, I regrouped and started freelancing my marketing and content abilities, started Pitch Practice, Atlanta Tech Blogs, and also started teaching digital marketing classes at General Assembly.

Today, Atlanta Tech Blogs is thriving, Pitch Practice has coached 1,000+ pitches and will soon be a podcast, and DGM Camp was a tremendous success as a 5-day, hands-on, immersive #martech boot camp.
