Having 20 years of extensive experience in digital banking and its ecosystem, I am capable of designing and building digital banking services and underlying digital infrastructure which support existing and future digital channels to offer digital products and services using straight through business processes by leveraging customer insight for better customer experience. By applying open banking and API first principles, I ensure seamless connectivity of digital banking services with FINTECH and business partners for offering digital products or exchanging the information.
In my whole professional career, I have always worked with reputed banks ANZ, Barclays, SADAD, KFH, ADIB, and UAB and have done many successful implementations of digital banking services, platforms, and infrastructure for retail banking and corporate banking.
My area of expertise is across the digital banking building blocks such as Digital channels, APIs, customer journeys, business services, real-time customer insight using predictive analytics. Having a digital developer background, I have in-depth knowledge and experience of digital native technologies such as API Gateway, RESTful APIs, Microservices, Dynamic workflow, Bigdata, Machine Learning, DevOps, Cloud Native platform.
With such vast digital banking knowledge and hands-on experience in digital native technologies, I have been instrumental to assist and guide both business and IT for their digital transformation programs and act as a trusted digital banking advisor to CxOs and top business leadership for their digital transformation journey.
