I taught high school English for 8 years, focusing specifically on academic writing, persuasive writing, and literary analysis. I decided to leave the profession to pursue my own passion for writing. It's great to analyze the writers of the past; however, I wanted to be one myself. I've found an amazing amount of success in a very short amount of time, which is a testament to the focus on high quality and deadlines that I carried over from my years as a teacher.
