Shanna Fujii is a freelance writer with verticals in blogging, editorial, website copywriting, social media, screenwriting, and everything sandwiched in between.
She graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s in interdisciplinary studies with emphasis in education, writing, and a minor in family studies and human development. She received her master’s in business management from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University when she was 23.
She has previously worked abroad teaching English in South Korea and has worked for a variety of branding, publication, and nonprofit companies including Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation, Asian Sun Magazine, Arizona Foothills, Make-A-Wish, GoDaddy, and Bloguettes. She also recently wrote the screenplay for a short film titled "Bloom" that won Best Picture at the 2018 So Good Asian Film and Food Festival.
When she’s not writing, Shanna works on her philanthropic streetwear brand, Honey & Misfits, that donates a portion of sales to different charities.
