I belong to a small Himalayan town called Mussoorie. I travel the world, spending six to seven months in a certain place. I lived in New York for a few years while completing my degree, after which I made my way to Europe, spending much of my time in the beautiful country side of Ireland and Wales. At this moment, I am down in sunny Goa for a few months, learning about the local food and the Portuguese influence on the cuisine, the culture and the architecture.
