I’m William Nelson a seasoned product management and product marketing professional with more than 20 years’ experience in the product development field. I have deep experience in software design and implementation of network communications, network security, and data center management products. Additionally, I have significant experience in pre-sales engineering roles.
I can provide a full range of consulting and contract services for your product management, product marketing, sales support and technical writing needs.
When I'm not writing I work remotely as a call center agent. I have been a customer support/technical support agent for Cox Communications, Quicken Software, and Microsoft Xbox. Currently I work part time as an telesales agent for a software company.
