Project Management – Managed two new consumer website launches with a combined value of $70,000. Lead bi-weekly meetings with business leaders to move projects along. Managed vendor relationships for ensure long-term partnership.

Analytics – Initiated and implemented analytic strategy for all four business units for the first time. Responsible for reporting ROI and metrics for all marketing activities for all four business units. Identified KPIs for all marketing functions and provided recommendations and insight from data. Currently working on improving website design to better track conversions and optimize the user experience to increase conversions for all business websites. Created business cases to optimize co-op spending. Implemented new processes for maintain and tracking data.

SEO/SEM¬ – Initiated and implemented SEO and SEM strategy for all four business units for the first time. Created and Optimized SEM campaigns with a combined value of $12,000 ending in a conversion rate of 20 percent. Audited four business units on technical & on-page SEO with recommendations for improving ranking. Researched keywords that will convert based on user intent and competition levels. Researched and shared analytics and SEO best practices with executive leaders.

Competitor Intelligence – Created reports to find insights into competitor’s SEO/SEM keywords and social media efforts to help make powerful and differentiated campaigns.

Branding – Created company messaging strategy for both Vollrath Manufacturing Services and Stoelting Cleaning for a $100,000 video featured via the Discovery Channel.

Research – Designed, implemented and analyzed surveys for primary research.
